Is a set of telecommunications and computer technology solutions (known as telematics) designed to improve the operation and safety of ground transportation for both urban and rural roads and railways. This set of telematic solutions can also be used in other modes of transport, but its main development has been oriented to ground transportation. They are considered as a part of the internet of things.
